• By Friday, 1/14 anyone who has suitable collections bottles or cans will bring them in - we need one for each homeroom at Sanborn and big bottles for the main office at Sanborn and Peabody. • Then once we have our logo and cans by the end of next week, one morning/homeroom/lunch the following week (week of the 17th) we will paste logos on the cans/collection bottles.
• Then, the week of 1/24 we will get collection cans in every homeroom (and main office) and let kids know we are collection pennies, coins, etc. for Sterling Animal Shelter. Elizabeth and/or other volunteers will visit the homerooms to announce the collection and the contest.
• The Pennies for Pets (Coins for Cats/Dollars for Dogs) will run through the Friday before February Break.
• We will determine the winning grade (grade that collects the most) and the winning grade will get winner wristbands (that we will order from the Animal Rescue site.)
